Years Experience:

  • 7 or more Years

Skills:

  • SAP experience required; understanding of change and the change process;
  • knowledge of change management; principles and methodologies;
  • project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle; excellent listening and problem solving skills;
  • strong analytic and decision making abilities; team player

Education:

  • Bachelors Degree or higher, in organizational management or information systems

Duties:

  • The Project Manager II SAP OCM will play a key role in ensuring all change initiatives associated with IT projects meeting objectives by increasing adoption and usage.
  • Provide leadership focus on all sides of change, including people, business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structural changes.
  • Communicate change program goals and strategies; implement change management process and tools; lead change impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders;
  • support the design and delivery of SAP training programs and associated security role mappings;
  • apply project management practices; highlight issues to the appropriate levels and own resolution;
  • maintain high-quality relationships with all levels across the company and with external partners

Top 5 must haves/nice to haves:

  • strong OCM background 7-10 years
  • self-starter
  • strong writing/editing
  • This is a very collaborative position working with many different areas of the business so relationship building is a must

Nice to Have:

  • nice to have background in project management
