  • Soft skills:
    • Organization: It’s expected that the person has time organization, emails organization, files organization, and most importantly information/data organization
    • Communication: Ability to concisely state a request (generate activity / task) to a team member, follow-up on activities / tasks
    • Pro-activity: Understanding of expectations to focus on results shall drive actions on other skills with the idea of staying ahead / avoid potential risks and issues
    • Process oriented: Capacity of modeling a process in perpetuity instead of one-off tasks; Suggest process creation/modifications with focus on efficiency and results; Naming conventions and process harmonization thinking
    • Documentation: Ability to organize information according to a reader’s expectation and adapting to potential readers’ expertise of the subject

 

  • Hard skills:
    • Jira medium-level proficiency or quick learner: Expected to drive Scrum meetings with team members and move cards around a Kanban board; Make sure process is followed and latest information are collected within cards for correct follow up; Task creation and team member assignment to it on the fly when needed
    • Strong MS Excel and MS Word proficiency: Data collection, Data sort, Data validation, Information collection, Documentation
    • Strong MS Windows proficiency: Files organization, File naming
    • Strong MS Visio or MS Power Point proficiency towards to process documentation: Generation/Modification of processes and procedures within the project

 

  • Desirable knowledge and experience
    • PSS DSS requirements knowledge and experience working in PCI assessments
    • Information security concepts and industry best practices
    • Have worked with IT teams: Applications, Infrastructure, AWS, Telecom, and Network
