Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the development and strategic planning of IT project plans and activities for legal, facilities and infrastructure demand including financials (New deployment,
  • Upgrades, Application Remediation, Microsoft Evergreen are some examples).
  • Understanding of quality IT systems and system validation
  • Experiences in infrastructure and application project management
  • Current infrastructure background (will not be hands on)
  • Activities include tactics, tools, logistics/analysis, campaigns, relationship building, messaging and positioning.
  • Ability to capture and identifies customer needs.
  • Communication (Very Important)
  • Peer
  • Leadership
  • Business (Ability to verbally/written communicate technology impacts in business terminology)
  • Work with business to discuss impacts of changes and communicate to corporate IT
  • Influences cross-functional teams/groups with little supervision, on impact of new or existing systems.
  • Responsible for understanding compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures.
  • Offers strategies to bring efficiency and decrease costs by collaborating with teams
  • Contributes toward the development of an annual project budgets by forecasting future needs
  • Ensures projects are consistent with IT strategy and messaging is effectively conveyed
  • Represents Medical Devices in corporate IT projects.
  • Understands project timeline and makes and presents recommendations based on risk analysis when project is on or off course
  • Updating Roadmaps and weekly project updates.
  • Very strong in Excel (including pivot tables, v-lookup and indexing) and power point which includes links.
