MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB (BRIEF SUMMARY)

  • This position requires a person to provide business and systems analysis, and perform configuration and support for an application called TrackWise from Sparta Systems.
  • It will also include data analysis, problem solving, test script writing and coordination, SQL and report writing for this quality application.
  • This role requires a professional who can prioritize and balance activities, coordinate with other IT teams, and understand deliverables to customers (internal) ensuring their satisfaction with the TrackWise system.
  • Good verbal and written skills are required.

MAIN JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES (most important duties listed first)
Client Support -

  • Configuration will include creating and modifying existing workflows and being able to assess the risk with those changes Ensure that scheduled jobs are working. Coordinate queue of requests. i. Analyze user requirements. ii. Communicate status of work in progress (level of effort, expected delivery date). iii. Coordinate production deployment and associated activities (Release management, Validation). iv. Interact with various groups (IT departments such as Intel server, Identity Management, Integration; Sparta Systems) to coordinate and resolve issues - both pre-deployment and post-deployment to production.
  • Create and modify Trackwise reports which are created within Crystal Reports
  • Maintain application validation documents and Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Expected to independently determine solutions, and to communicate best practices within the team.
  • Expected to work independently with end-users and business partners to understand requirements and design and estimate solutions. Handles multiple small to moderate size project assignments concurrently.
  • Establish good working relationships across global businesses and geographies with both IS and business people.
  • Participate in application governance meetings. Make recommendations and assist with prioritization of projects.
  • Maintains competency in the technology related to responsibilities.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
KNOWLEDGE/EDUCATION

  • B.S. or B.A. Degree

JOB EXPERIENCE

  • Data analysis and problem solving skills.
  • Experience with TrackWise (preferably release 9.X)
  • Experience with Web-enabled applications.
  • Experience creating reports with Crystal Reports
  • Developing and delivering validated system solutions.
  • Ability to create high quality Validation Documentation Experience working with application governance councils making recommendations and advising the members.
  • Experience working with a global customer base.

  • Ability to use a keyboard and mouse, able to interact with personal computers.
  • Ability to work after hours if required by project schedule or issue resolution.

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
Experience with

1. TrackWise (preferably release 9.X)
2. Writing SQL
3. Creating & Modifying Crystal Reports
4. Writing Test Scripts / Coordinating Testing (HP-ALM)(Application Life Cycle Management)
5. Data analysis and problem solving skills
6. Previous experience working in regulated industry (preferable biomedical/med-device) -
7. Quality organization (working on CAPA, Audit, Nonconformance, Supplier CAPA)
