  • The Product Experience Design (XD) Team is a well-established team positioned within the Customer Office driven by customer obsession and grounded in customer research.
  • Our work is diverse and impacts the larger customer experience in a variety of ways including designing for web views, the app, retail, in home, communications and voice.
  • We are a group of highly collaborative design professionals located in Richfield and Seattle who partner across our discipline as well as with product management, front and back-end engineers and business partners.

Project Description:

  • This UX Designer role will pair with product teams in producing internal tools for employees to facilitate the customer experience in web and app.
  • The primary teams this role with work with include digital analytics tools.

Position Summary/Job Description:

  • As a UX Designer on the Discover + Shop Tools Experience Team, you will work with a highly collaborative team of UX designers, researchers, product managers, and engineers to create compelling human centered experiences across digital and physical touchpoints.
  • The Tools Experience and Product teams work to build useful and compelling tools for Client employees to optimizing the digital customer journey, prioritizing the customer and helping them from discovery to purchase.
  • The UX Designer role plays a central role in the promotion of Human Centered Design, participates in defining and facilitating discovery efforts, is responsible for the communication of design intent, delivering solutions, and advocating for continuous improvement of experiences for our customers.

  • Human Centered Design or Design Thinking Methodologies and Protocols
  • Information Architecture 
  • Visual Design
  • Collaboration
  • Ability to work independently as sole UX Designer in work stream
  • 3-4 years of experience

  • Workshop facilitation
  • UX Writing
