Product Manager - Austin, TX

Summary:
The Product Manager leads the product throughout its life cycle. Responsible for planning the vision of the product, gather  feedback, work closely with application development, operations, compliance, sales, marketing, training and support to ensure products achieve maximum customer adoption and satisfaction.

Requirements:
-Lead the development of all product design and other business cases to address market - some integrated with 3rd party software listed below and some complete custom built products)
opportunities and secure investment; capture opportunities to serve specific segments of the market.
-Make sure all adoption, efficiency and financial objectives are met.
-Work with other teams to identify product, business, and functional specifications based on business cases.
-Work with teams to develop wire frames, use case/scenarios.
-Manage third-party vendor relationships (e.g. CRM (Salesforce, Redtail), eSignature, financial planning software - EMoney, Money Guide Pro(MGP))
-Industry experience-Experience within AGILE
-Experience defining and writing requirements at a concept level (business case, rational for a project as well as writing requirements and taking it through the development process

Most important:
- Industry experience - either in Financial services or wealth management
- Must have worked in an agile scrum environment
- Bonus operating in large agile framework
- Participated in design, build, launch, adoption tracking, enhancements

Education and Experience
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field required
• Master's degree in business preferred
• 3-6 Years product management experience in financial services required
