Must Have:
  • Testing API’s
  • Writing sql queries.
  • Testing .net applications
  • Agile/scrum methodology
  • Soft skills: Excellent communication skills, sense of urgency & self-starter
 

Nice to have:

  • Azure DevOps workitem tracking
  • Automation with selenium and C#/nunit
  • Postman or SoupUI tools for api testing

Responsibilities:
•Assesses and understands project scope, design, boundaries and interfaces 
•Creates and implements a thorough test plan needed by the project
•Analyzes business specifications and defines scenarios needed for testing 
•Writes and executes meaningful and relevant test cases
•Identifies defects, gaps and issues between business specifications and the product being developed
•Collaborates with the development team in addressing quality issues, defects or risks
•Understands how a change or additional requirements can affect the system as a whole
•Reviews and realigns test strategy in the event of any change impacting the project    
•Reports project metrics relating to quality assurance
•Leads manual and test automation initiatives and able to identify critical areas of the target application
•Assists in creating and executing automated test scripts 
•Organizes and synthesizes information received from business or technical teams
•Participates in meetings and discussions and able to present information in a professional manner
•Assists with the QA candidates screening, recruiting and onboarding process
•Mentors QA I and QA II colleagues and able to assists them if needed
•Develops personal development plans and demonstrates progress to the established goals 
•Complies and upholds organizational standards
