Description:

  • Manage delivery process & solutions ensuring customer needs are met and agreed upon scope is delivered within committed timeframes and budget
  • Leverage appropriate methodology to accomplish project/program goals
  • Develop project plans and manage delivery timeline to meet milestones
  • Identify, leverage and apply appropriate internal standards for delivery metrics
  • Facilitate interactions and activities to ensure delivery objectives are met
  • Prepare and communicate delivery status and progress

Projects the candidate will be working on:

  • OCEP - Consumer Engagement Platform supports the engagements of our consumers by delivering realtime offers relevant to their health, and next best actions.
  • OCEP is an Azure Public Cloud platform that allows business teams to execute both inbound and outbound campaigns for consumer / provider outreach.

Ideal Background:

  • Understanding of healthcare concepts, marketing concepts / terms, and PM 101 skills (scope/capacity/timelines/budgets).

Experience:

  • Team player, structured, great PM skills, great communicator, and understanding of the workloads/value it brings.
  • Being able to articulate that, and ensure AGILE principals.

Top Requirements:

  • Strong/quick onboarding of workload and business value, being able to articulate the scope and delivery, understanding agile concepts and reporting to align.

Team and Team size:

  •  This role is part of an Agile delivery technology team
  • OCEP consists of 5 Scrum teams, in a variety of locations both onshore & offshore.

Top Responsibilities:

  •  Manage delivery process & solutions ensuring customer needs are met and agreed upon scope is delivered within committed timeframes and budget

  • Develop project plans and manage delivery timeline to meet milestones
  • Identify, leverage and apply appropriate internal standards for delivery metrics
  • Facilitate interactions and activities to ensure delivery objectives are met
  • Prepare and communicate delivery status and progress

Software tools/skills:

  • Familiar with generally accepted project management methodologies (agile, scrum, waterfall, hybrid, including internal OSAM) used in SDLC used with Technology Problem Management:
  • Understands the levers that can trigger an issue and pro-actively develops plans to resolve
  • Develops project charter, basic project plans that include milestones, tasks and resource assignments
  • Knows and understands the standards for delivery metrics based on organization expectations
  • Mobilizes events to share information and facilitate learning, e.g., meetings, stand-ups, stakeholder reviews, showcases
  • Interacts and reports regularly to executive project/program sponsor and Sr. Technology Leadership
  • Maintains calm and focus under pressure Values and seeks others opinions to support progress
  • Demonstrates a coachable mindset Is flexible and adaptive in the face of change and obstacle

Skills/attributes:

  • Project management 101 skills sets, good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Understands and effectively navigates through the organizations eco-system
  • Navigate organization complexity Build effective trusted relationships
  • Manage stakeholder expectations

Nice to have:

  • Technology concepts - SQL DB, ETL, Azure Cloud Concepts, Unica, Reporting tools/dashboards

Working Time:

  •  Standard work shift - offshore meetings may require earlier 7am meeting times
