Projects the candidate will be working on:

  • This role is focussed on helping design wireframes, HTML/CSS documents for our Clinical Product Platform.

Ideal Background:

  • Ideal candidate would have 6-8 years of experience in designing UI for web applications, working with Product Owners and Product Managers to create wireframes, design artifacts, style sheets.

Experience:

  • Ability to showcase their previous work; JavaScript and React.us.

Top Requirements:

  • Wireframing; Axure; HTML/CSS.

Team and Team size:

  • 4-5

Top Responsibilities:

  • Be the lead designer on projects from start to finish.
  • Create user journeys, wireframes, detailed UX flows, and pixel perfect screens.
  • Create prototypes that show full experiences and micro interactions.
  • Work closely with user research, product management, and engineering.
  • Build consensus and balance different priorities while dealing with ambiguity.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our users.
  • Develop a point of view on where the area you are working on should go and how that relates to the rest of the portfolio.
  • Effectively communicate your ideas to a range of stakeholders and audiences through presentation and storytelling.

Software tools/skills:

  • Fluency in best practices for web-based information architecture and design, as well as strong knowledge of usability principles and techniques
  • Experience with a variety of design tools such as Sketch, Axure, Invision, XD, etc.
  • Experience designing for mobile, touch, voice and web.
  • Ability to prototype in HTML, JavaScript, and CSS or in Figma, Axure, Invision, or Adobe XD.
  • Visual design expertise demonstrated through mockups and style guides
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working in a collaborative team and working directly with developers for implementation of designs

Skills/attributes:

  • HTML/CSS ; Axure; Design prototyping;
  • Must be able show previous work or designs done.

Nice to have:

  • React.js

Working Time:

  • 8am - 4pm CT

Interview Process:
