What you’ll do:

    • Direct the IT team (Network Managers, Desktop & Application Support)
    • Develop IT infrastructure strategy and corporate policies
    • Coordinate the support needed in the design, implementation and roll out of business

system applications.

    • Support the business Stakeholders in areas such as access management, access control, networks, backup, recovery alignment with internal corporate network, security and governance policies and guidelines.
    • Manage and monitor all IT Servers and Systems
    • Negotiates IT Vendor contracts
    • Oversee upgrades and installations
    • Resolve Help Desk Escalations

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A.), or equivalent combination of education and experience

 preferred

  • At least 5 years’ experience in IT management
  • At least 7 years’ experience in IT infrastructure
  • Commitment to excellence and high standards
  • Experience managing cross functional projects with many internal stakeholders
  • Knowledge of a broad range of current technologies and emerging technologies and

technology trends and how they impact a business
