Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

  • Responsible for providing strategic guidance for project implementation, monitoring work plans and budgets and coordinating partner activities.
  • Have a complete understanding of the Customer Success program goals, objectives, target groups, and approaches.
  • Aligning IT infrastructure with current and future business requirements and goals
  • Apply strategic and innovative vision to drive project progress, ensure stakeholder engagement, and overcome any implementation obstacles that the projects may encounter.
  • Maintain close communications with Customer Success core team, partners and team members to support successful project implementation.
  • Manage and procure internal & external resources for Customer Success OU deployment.
  • Manage OU deployment schedule.
  • Receive resource needs from team and build out associated project timelines (GANNT).
  • Facilitate project/ workstream team meetings.
  • Provide project and schedule updates to management.
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies with team.
  • Ensure workstreams and team members are working towards project milestones and timelines.
  • Provide future state program management architecture (scaling).
  • Attend user group workshops with commercial sales team for program/ product feedback.
  • Attend weekly Customer Success core team meetings.
