Projects the candidate will be working on:

  • As a part of L3 production support, Tech Support Analyst will be responsible for identifying, troubleshooting and providing solution for production incidents of moderate to high complexity.
  • Identifies vulnerabilities and opportunities for improvement, as well as maintain metrics to help develop analysis that will drive improvement in all areas of Production Services.

Ideal Background:

  • Healthcare experience will help, but the background from 24 X 7 support experience and interest would be more helpful.

Experience:

  • 24 X 7 Production support experience.

Top Requirements:

  • Java development experience - 3 years would be sufficient
  • 24 X 7 Production system Support - at least a year or so
  • Experience with end to end system understanding - 2 years experience - Application front end, data flow, points of integration and failures, network flow

Team and Team size:

  • Part of team
  • Digital Strategy L3 Support, 5 member team

Top Responsibilities:

  • Monitor production environment to maintain consistency and provide reliable server and application availability.
  • Flexible to work for extended hours and on weekends as needed to handle high priority issues.
  • Interface with L1 and L2 support groups, providing assistance and guidance as required.
  • Capable to communicate across multiple teams on day-to-day support operations.

Software tools/skills:

  • Monitoring & Observability experience (e.g. Splunk, DynaTrace, custom Grafana)
  • Nice to have experience on AEM or CMS.
  • JS,Redux Session Management, Next JS, Material UI, SpringBoot based modular micro-services
  • Working knowledge of Drupal content as a service consumption

Required Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree or 5 years equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of Software Development experience
  • 3+ years experience developing with Java / J2EE.
  • 2+ years experience in developing services using Spring framework and/or Spring Boot.
  • 2+ years experience with Oracle and MySql.
  • 2+ years experience with SOAP,Restful and Micro services development.
  • 2+ years in supporting Tibco webservices.
  • 2+ years experience in supporting cloud solutions.
  • 1+ years experience with one of the following continuous delivery technologies (Jenkins, Docker, OpenShift, Azure, Monitoring, Logging, etc.)
  • Azure App Insights based problem determination skills.
    • Looking for 3-4 years of experience in a Support Role

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • GitHub experience
