Position Summary:

  • Company  is seeking a Digital Analyst contractor to join our team and help grow and evolve our strategic capabilities. 
  • Leveraging the Adobe Experience suite to maximize customer experiences and business goals, the Analyst’s core duties are an understanding of website visitor behavior and customer journeys, developing new personalization testing opportunities, analyzing results and presenting recommendations in order to maximize revenue.

The Analyst’s core duties will include:

  • Understand company's  business objectives and goals
  • Maintain awareness of retail industry trends and analytics best practices
  • Design test plans to drive business KPIs based on capabilities within Adobe Target, Audience Manager and Analytics
  • Own building of testing reports in Adobe and analyze testing results
  • Compile testing results for weekly meetings and monthly business review
  • Derive insights, present findings and recommendations
  • Find opportunities to iterate tests to drive results
  • Coordinate training of assigned resources in Bangalore, India

Tools Used:

  • Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Audience Manager, PowerPoint


  • 3-5 years digital experience with working knowledge of retail, consumer behavior, web analytics
  • Experience planning, running, analyzing and optimizing AB testing.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. A degree in analytical/economic/marketing disciplines is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills driving decisions at both strategic and tactical levels
  • Exhibits intense curiosity, proactively digging beneath the superficial to identify relevant, information-based facts
  • Ability to influence and communicate, both written and verbal, at all levels in the organization
  • Flexibility and ability to manage multiple tests at once; change priorities as needed
