SCHEDULING:
Training for these positions is scheduled to begin August 2nd. Initially schedules will center around 8:00 am-4:45 pm, Monday-Friday throughout the training period (4-8 weeks). After training is completed the schedules will vary as we are a 24x7 operation. The roles we’re looking to fill will likely not be scheduled to work overnights or over the weekends, but anything is possible and candidates applying for this position should consider all possible outcomes. While we will change shifts from time to time as needed, shifts will not vary from day to day or week to week in an attempt to promote a work-life balance.

JOB SUMMARY:
Provides customer and technical support through analysis and problem solving to facilitate installation, implementation, maintenance, education, and documentation of a variety of technologies for employee service desk. Candidates MUST be local to Oklahoma City, OK. Non-local candidates will not be considered for this role.
