Position summary:

  • You'll be working closely with our highly-seasoned executive team, who come from leading companies in tech, media, consumer products, hospitality, and real estate.
  • As a Graphic Designer for the Company's  brand, you will be responsible for the creation & management of extraordinary marketing material/collateral & design elements. Want variety.
  • You'll help design marketing materials for all our markets including the CENTURY 21 Core Brand, Fine Homes & Estates, Commercial, & Farm & Ranch.
  • You'll also help with brand website updates & help test our latest marketing technology. Want to network.
  • You'll partner with professionals throughout Century 21 Real Estate to ensure all marketing collateral and design elements are worthy of the CENTURY 21 brand, and that they comply with all ELEVATED brand standards.

Key Responsibilities: At the CENTURY 21 brand you take action and are accountable #OWNIT

  • Design, Develop and Refresh of Marketing Campaigns and Materials
  • Daily Intake and Completion of Design Projects needing a quick turnaround
  • Create and Update Templates and Assets for the Brand Studio website
  • Create Brand Presentations and Materials for Meetings and Events
  • Daily Brand Compliance Reviews and Approvals
  • Create Brand Examples for Marketing Materials, Guidelines, and the C21 Policy and Procedure Manual
  • Review CENTURY 21 Magazines and Newsletters to ensure proper design elements and content accuracy
  • Brand Tools and Brand Studio Functionality Testing
  • Create System and Workplace Communications with visuals for Core Brand, Fine Homes & Estates, Commercial and Farm & Ranch (updates and new items)
  • Ensure that all CENTURY 21 Marketing Materials and Collateral are Current and Updated on the C21 intranet site
  • Creative Writing and Written Content Creation a plus.

Desired Experience: At the CENTURY 21 brand we #DREAMBIGMOVEFAST

  • A minimum of 2-5 years of experience as a hands-on Graphic Designer or in a Design role.
  • Experience in Corporate Communications or Public Relations and within the real estate or franchise industry a plus.
  • Must be able to design and produce materials for print, web, video, digital and social
  • Must have knowledge of branding, marketing, and brand compliance
  • Must have experience working in a corporate environment as well as working within an integrated, collaborative marketing team
  • A self-starter and strong problem solver, who can and has independently led both strategy and execution, got/get internal buy-in, and communicate effectively up, down, and across organizations.
  • Knowledge of how to develop communications strategies to bring about perception change and build understanding is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of changing design and media landscape.

  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications, general business, or other applicable Liberal Arts degree such as Graphical Design with a strong interest in Marketing/Brands.
  • Must be a self-starter who works collaboratively, is organized, creative, and able to work well under pressure.
  • Knowledge and use of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge and use of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Website use knowledge
  • Must have exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills and be able to successfully partner with all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organization skills, with the ability to toggle between high level, long-term strategies and ground-level, short-term tasks effortlessly.
  • Creative thinking a must. Proven ability to think ahead, engage proactively, and take initiative.
  • Highly collaborative, strong team player that works well with all internal cross-functional teams as well as external agencies.
  • Superior project management skills and ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
  • Responsive to demands from multiple stakeholder groups and able to understand and balance those perspectives
  • High degree of personal drive and able to pursue own intuition and vision
