 Main daily responsibilities:

  • Data mining and extracting information from emails, managing data within the PQSR system and reviewing incoming audit results.
  • Pulling data and reporting from Micro-strategy, SAP and other platforms to create reports to disposition quality issues.
  • Submitting sample requests with the DC, filing samples in the QA library, mailing international packages, managing excel files for quality resolution data, creating charts and graphs to help share information with cross functional teams.
  • Submitting request forms for performance testing in the lab & conducting wash tests
Quality Issue Resolution:
  • Responsible for records retention of all QM documents related to quality issues.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to gain product history to support issue verification and resolution.
  • Create and update Product Quality Status Report weekly.
  • Communicate with stores to share/gain quality information.
  • Coordinate quality inspections and product reviews with QC auditors. Monitor auditor workload and callout issues to QM Specialist
  • Manage 3rd party Value Add Service provider projects
  • Organize and maintain the Quality Library with all product samples as outlined in the QM process and records retention guidelines.
Quality Management Reporting:
  • Gather and organize raw data, communicating insights/conclusions to QM Specialist for further evaluation and potential actions.
  • Generate and format sales and returns reporting for monthly store visit and seasonal reporting.
  • Review, categorize and code callouts based on issue type for Voice of Customer and Voice of Stores data.
  • Advanced Excel:
  • Micro-strategy  (moved to nice to have)
  • SAP (nice to have)
