Description:
  • The Prepaid Product Development Team is currently seeking a Product Manager to own and oversee the strategic product management of a suite of applications and related services that support a digital first strategy.
  • The incumbent will assist senior management in evaluating and developing product and service opportunities and in doing so will work with a variety of business partners within and outside the bank to identify, define, and cultivate opportunities to meet customer needs.
  • The Prepaid Product Development Team seeks a self-starter, self-learner, internal bridge-builder and technology sponge interested in absorbing all that is happening within and outside the Prepaid industry and transforming that information into insights and ideas for new product and service offerings, enhancements to existing products, and product development. You’ll need the ability to ideate as well as execute.

One of our newest and most exciting product initiatives involves a mobile first strategy for our customers. What exciting areas will you lead our business?

Job activities will include (but not limited to):
  • Evaluates market trends, legal/regulatory climate, competitive products, and more;
  • Monitors changes in marketplace technology;
  • Conducts research on product enhancements and new product offerings;
  • Presents findings and recommendations
  • Develops product strategy in partnership with stakeholders ensuring consistency with organization and business line objectives and goals and meeting product profit and growth goals.
  • Develops roadmap and requirements for new and existing products
  • Ensures cross-functional alignment of product roadmap and priorities
  • Manages competitive analysis and market research of competing products and services to identify customer needs and trends.
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Three to five years of related work experience
Preferred Skills/Experience
  • Thorough knowledge of the assigned business line
  • Strong product management, design and development skills
  • Thorough knowledge of product/program development, pricing, implementation and strategic analysis
  • Demonstrated marketing and marketing research skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong financial and competitive analysis and computer skills
  • Demonstrated management, leadership and interpersonal skills
