Project Description:

  • For this role, the Technical Program Manager will be responsible for delivering complex and cross functional programs across the Digital and Technology area within Client.
  • Works with stakeholders/sponsors and/or collaborates with product management, UX/CX and engineering teams to deliver on roadmaps, desired iterations and outcomes.

Position Overview:
Responsibilities/Deliverables that the resource will be responsible for:

  • Communicating status to stakeholders
  • Track dependencies and milestones
  • Manage risks and issues
  • Facilitating Agile practices within the team

What would a normal day for this position look like??

  • Working with product and engineering to execute and drive delivery of the various projects for the teams

Basic Qualifications 

  • 8-10 years of TPM experience
  • Understands technology, agile practices and the overall delivery process
  • Is strong at organizing work and leading program delivery 
  • Applies the right level of process and structure to enable more efficient delivery within the team
  • Works well within a team and externally across teams to drive project delivery

Preferred Qualifications 

  • PM or Agile certifications     

What are the technologies and the depth of the technologies that a candidate must have in order to be successful in this role?

  • Must be efficient with office tools
  • Confluence / JIRA is a plus

What are the soft skills that you feel candidates must-have in order to be successful in this role?

  • Ability to adjust communication style to support the team in an effective way
  • Is strong at organizing work and leading project delivery
