Description:
  • The Enterprise Resiliency team is responsible for ensuring the Bank’s critical operations have plans and controls in place to recover from an outage that would have a negative impact on customer and services.
  • Outages range from weather/climate impacts to facilities or staff, IT outages at the primary or data center facilities, pandemic or employee absenteeism, damage to facilities, third party outages, etc. Systematic oversight of the Enterprise requires criticality assessments of processes and systems, detailed process/application descriptions, dependency mapping, resiliency/recovery planning, and testing of resumption plans to ensure viability of the procedures.
  • Experience with Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery methodologies are preferred, but not required.
  • This role is to assist the Enterprise Resiliency team on a variety of projects, as well as normal business operations.
  • Projects include software conversion, data migration, user test case analysis, performance metrics review and reporting.
  • The role will require the candidate to work with the team on some efforts as well as individual contribution for others, as needed.
Required Experience:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools
  • Experience in a professional office setting – 5 years
  • Operational Risk Management- 2 years (preferred)
  • Project Management – 2 years (preferred)
