.NET/CMS Developer
6 month Contract to Hire


Job Description: 
Looking for a junior to mid level .NET CMS Developer. This person will primarily working in Sitecore 
A majority of this role will be utilizing de-bugging & problem solving skills. 
PODS has a lot of inherited code - and need someone to look at an existing code base and learn how to modernize it. 
PODS has many legacy code bases - many of which are very large. There are many integrations into not ideal systems, as IT has their set of systems today but the goal is to modernize/upgrade. 
Much of the role will be to provide new/modern approaches to legacy technologies. 


Technical Skills
•    1-3 years experience working within .NET. Sitecore experience is a plus
•    Experience in CSS, HTML, .Net
•    Familiarity with MVC and Git. 
•    Familiarity with React would be a plus 
•    Strong experience in debugging and problem solving

Culture Overview:
Dev works in a marketing department with 30-40 marketers. Interactive personality will be critical. 
Collaborative team environment. High level of interaction with the C-suite. Not a heads-down dev environment. 
They don't have a structured IT organization - they are very fluid, adaptable and collaborative. If you are highly structured it won't likely be the best fit. 
The team has a strong appetite to do and try new things. They are a very cohesive team - everyone gets along. 
Development is positioned very closely to the requirement owner (i.e. the business)
