Projects the candidate will be working on:

  • ACET (Adaptive Constituent Experience Technology) is call center desktop that provides agents with a guided experience to help anticipate the constituents' needs and resolve their inquiries. ACET supports SPIRE ,
  • Complex health, UHC Motion, Financial and Polaris products.
  • ACET's issue management capabilities provide an end to end view of an inquiry’s lifecycle, including robust routing and reporting capabilities.

Team and Team size:

  •  The team make is 4 Software Engineers, 2 SDET, SM/SA, and Product Owner.

PrimaryResponsibilities:

  •  • Act as the liaison between Business and Developers and QA groups within the scrum team.
  • • Collaborate with other IT teams to understand current system states and Web Services that needs to be utilized for the user stories.
  • • Understand the data elements on the web services to help map them to the business requirements.
  • • Work closely with the Developers to create various screen mock ups and help them map data to screen.
  • • Support BA, Dev and QA teams during the lifecycle of the project within the scrum team
  • • Participate/ Support Agile process (feature and user story grooming sessions, user story sizing)
  • • Ensure that the test cases and test scripts are complete and cover all aspects of testing a story.
  • • Manage SFDC development cycle to ensure compliance with internal governance and standards
  • • Develop functional specifications for system features and reports
  •  Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot business systems, interfaces, configurations, etc., including testing and researching data integrity/accuracy
  • • Work with cross-functional teams to collect data and generate competitive strategies
  • • Administer system and analyze database metrics to ensure project/product optimization
  • • Perform configuration and customization of Salesforce platform (workflows, dashboards, custom objects, etc.)
  • • Work with SQL queries and service Cloud, Health Cloud products

Qualifications - Internal Required Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of System Analysis/Development experience
  • 2+ years of writing system requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Relational Database experience
  • Experience working on Salesforce
  • Experience working with Web services
  • Experience with working in the different phases of development
  • Understanding of data gathering/analysis

Working Time:

  •   Flexible 8am - 5 pm

Interview Process:

  •  Initial phone screen 15-30 mins, 2nd interview technical interview with video
