Project Summary: We are looking for a Sr. Project Manager having experience with knowledge of Business Analyst to join our team. This is contract to hire position. Your main tasks will include managing team and performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, review the process with business and IT. To succeed in this role, you should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users.

Technical Skills Project Management Responsibilities:
• Experience in playing the Scrum Master role for at least one year for a software development team that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory
• Awareness and experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing
• Need to have excellent communication skills, demonstrate excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Able to plan/track tasks/activities.
• Able to technical leadership and mentoring.
• Agile development experience is required.
• Excellent team player with strong communication, inter-personal, presentation skills.
• Experience in working with multi-location and offshore teams
• Capable of leading team of 15-20 people as a scrum master
• Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution
• Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information

Business Analyst Responsibilities:
• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
• Construct workflow charts, diagrams and user stories; studying system capabilities; writing specifications 
• Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
• Working closely with architects, marketing team, project managers.
• Document current process by working with architects.
• Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to migrate into new system.
• Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
• Interpret, evaluate and interrelate research data and develop integrated business analyses and projections for incorporation into strategic decision-making 
• Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.
• Performing user acceptance testing.
• Managing multiple projects
• Updating, implementing and maintaining procedures.
• Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.

Requirements:
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
• Excellent documentation skills.
• prefer experience with retail and or e-commerce is highly recommended 
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Ability to work with multiple team and collect requirements 
• Advanced technical skills.
• Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
• Competency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Docs, JIRA and Confluence.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
