This critical role drives the strategy, planning, and execution of change management strategies supporting the stand-up of IT Management Operations (ITMO). This position reports directly to the IT Transformation Program Change Lead. 

A Day in the Life
•    Creates and executes a high-level change strategy and detailed plan
•    Responsible and accountable for the execution of the change strategy and plan
•    Partners with ITMO and IT Management Unit leaders to align on desired outcomes and to prepare them with the information they need to effectively lead their organization through change
•    Develops and actively manages the stakeholder assessment and management plans.
•    Identifies change measures and implements mechanisms to measure success of change initiatives and organizational readiness
•    Consolidates and categorizes change impacts and creates and manages associated action plans.
•    Manages program communication strategy, plan, and execution in close collaboration with ITMO and program communication partners
•    Leverages the IT Stakeholder Engagement Framework and related forums and channels to share program specific information 
•    Collaborates closely with overall IT Transformation Change Program leader and Change Leads supporting other programs to deliver consistent and integrated change experience for impacted IT and business stakeholders
•    Identifies and communicates program specific risks and opportunities to the IT Transformation Program Change Lead and ITMO leadership
•    Promotes use of best practices and consistent methodologies; ensures business and function teams leverage existing systems, process, and approaches as appropriate
•    Ensures strong partnership with functional leaders (e.g. Finance, HR and Communication) related to application of change strategies

Must Have:
•    Bachelor’s Degree B.A./B.S.
•    Minimum 7-9 years change management experience
•    Proven experience and ability to navigate complex organizations with a proven track record of managing large scale change programs
•    Experience presenting and interacting with senior management
