POSITION PURPOSE: Responsible for implementation, management, governance, and growth of analytics supporting the digital marketing team including web, social, and email metrics. Ensure integrity of data and support business leaders in measuring and reporting of data and insights to drive new features

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

  • 50% - Implement, manage, and grow digital analytics strategy and execution (planning, ideation, testing, reporting, and forecasting), including implementation and day-to-day management of analytic tools such as Google Analytics and Medallia
  • 10% - Partner with business stakeholders to understand priorities and develop strategies to meet requirements including building and maintaining usage metric dashboards and reports
  • 10% - Manage and ensure compliance for enterprise data tagging structures to ensure data accuracy, including management of agency partners and creation of governance policies
  • 10% - Manage A/B testing infrastructure and execute testing strategies needed to optimize digital channels, including sharing results & insights
  • 10% - Collaborate with marketing teams and other stakeholders to define and implement data-driven hypotheses and experiments. Analyze data and translate insights into new product features or process improvements with measurable ROI
  • 10% - Develop a thorough knowledge of our business and product portfolio. Lead the presentation of test results and insights to ensure clear and concise communication of recommendations and the impact of new products or feature
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
  • Provide oversight of day-to-day agency partner relationships that support execution and utilization of digital data

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION, SKILL AND/OR COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager required
  • Analytics experience within the Marketing and Communications discipline required
  • Experience with user testing and understanding of customer experience design
  • 3+ years of experience in mobile and web analytics, conversion rate optimization, and personalization programs 2Rev.9/14
  • Knowledge of SQL, Tableau, PowerBI, or similar data manipulation and visualization tools
  • Strong collaborator in a highly matrixed environment who is able to synthesize across competing priorities, stay focused on key business objectives, and manage through influence
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
  • Comfort with ambiguity and building from scratch
