Primary Responsibilities:

  • Post all open job requisitions and interview/phone screen all potential candidates
  • Schedule interviews with business partners and ensure proper use of interview guides
  • Identify trends to attract top talent through the use of social media or other platforms
  • Build a continuous talent pipeline through sourcing efforts and communication with “warm” talent
  • Maintain all candidate data through an Applicant Tracking System to include tracking, completion and communication of all recruiting and employee onboarding steps
  • Ensure recruiting and onboarding best practices are applied and followed
  • Maintain relationships with key Campus faculty to support Internship programs; recruit on campus as needed
  • Educate and engage business partners to participate in a new Talent Management process
  • Partner with the business to create and maintain employee training outlines and development programs to engage new and existing employees
  • Execute the annual performance review cycle through communication and partnership with the business

Required Attributes:

  • Strong recruiting skills/experience
  • Familiarity with a formal web based Applicant Tracking System
  • Solid analytical skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Proactive, innovative and creative problem solver
  • Excellent verbal, presentation and communication skills
  • Resilience

Education & Experience:

Education: Bachelor’s degree

Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruiting
