WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • This role requires an individual with a passion for analyzing data, self-starter in matrix environment and strong customer service.
  • The ideal candidate will have a demonstrable track record of success managing multiple projects (including portfolio and non-portfolio), facilitate discussions with users, analyze business needs, define detailed requirements and work with global Plan/Build Delivery teams. This includes maintaining productive relationships with peers and management in IT and the business function.
  • Prepare monthly portfolio presentations using Power Point, Power BI and Power Steering for business stakeholders and management.
  • Participate in managing the scope of applications and related changes reporting project status, costs and escalations.
  • Participate in managing, tracking and reporting on multiple non-portfolio projects globally.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on the evaluation of the feasibility, effort and costs to implement requirements.
  • Identify and communicate risks and issues impacting business rules, functional requirements and specifications.
  • Create and execute user acceptance test plans for software changes and enhancements
  • Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures.
  • Completes project tasks within time and budget constraints.
  • Assist quality assurance with functional test case review.
  • Prior experience with BI/ Data Visualization tools is preferred.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING

REQUIRED

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. No advanced degree required.
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in documenting software user needs, requirements and workflow diagrams
  • Advanced Computer proficiency with in MS Office Suite: Excel, SharePoint, Visio, Project and Power Point.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing business and technology needs.
