  • Individual Contributor responsible for supporting the campaign execution process for direct mail and email marketing. 
  • Must be able to work effectively on a cross-functional team that handles large volumes of work in a constantly changing environment built on the speed model. 



  • Support the development of direct mail and email campaigns within the campaign execution tool, Coupons & Promotions tool and the CRM Campaign Management tool. 
  • Create offers & promotions within the campaign execution and Coupon & Promotions tools, inclusive of viral and single use offer processes
    • Maintain and update offer code documents that support direct mail, email and mobile app
    • Partner with team to troubleshoot and resolve issues identified during setup or QA
    • Contribute ideas regarding timelines and overall process for offer and promotion setup
  • Develop and maintain a working knowledge of the business product hierarchy to ensure flawless execution of offer setup within the Coupon & Promotions Management tool
  • Have a strong understanding of overall team workload and deliverables and be able to adjust & flex in order to ensure both individual and team deadlines are met. 
  • Support team members’ work by providing a QA Review for campaigns
  • Responsible for weekly count validation for direct mail and email populations
  • Responsible for testing and validating that all CRM offers function properly prior to a campaign redemption period starting
  • Ability to write basic SQL and SAS code - will need to be learned (if not already proficient) in order to support the job function
  • Contribute your thoughts and ideas at team meetings to support the team’s strategic goals.


  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1-2+ years’ experience in a fast-paced environment – preferably in a marketing or financial environment
  • Strong time management skills with demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Analytical thinker with ability to identify and proactively solve problems
  • Excellent planning, coordination and collaboration skills
  • Demonstrated adaptability
  • Pro-active, curious thinker
  • Team orientation with an ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced, high energy environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • SQL or SAS experience a plus but not required
  • Campaign management tool experience a plus but not required
