Top 3 Requirements :
 
Prior experience with corporate website SEO management and best practices
Experience working within a CMS (Content Management System) such as EpiServer, Sitecore, Magento, Shopify or other CMS
Solid understanding of SEO– redirect plans, Google Analytics & Search Console, keyword analysis, redirect plans, URL & page heading recommendation 

This role is responsible to help strategize, manage, and execute Search Engine Optimization (SEO) efforts for various brands. This person will be expected to provide SEO recommendations and perform hands-on SEO optimizations within the CMS.    

Key Requirements:
Prior experience in SEO and working knowledge of SEO best practices
Experience with SEO tools for crawling and analyzing websites
Familiar with viewing page source and HTML to review on-page SEO such as page titles, Meta descriptions, image alt and meta robots “no index”
Familiarization with Google Analytics and Google Search Console
Ability to create compelling page titles and Meta descriptions
Outstanding ability to think creatively, strategically and identify and resolve problems
Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work with our teams in Mexico
Ability to work within a team and independently
 
Responsibilities:
Perform day-to-day SEO tasks to ensure pages and new features are launched SEO-friendly.
Provide URL and page heading recommendations for new pages.
Execute page title, Meta description and on-page optimizations within the CMS.
Crawl websites to analyze important SEO factors such as page titles, Meta descriptions, page headings, image alt and redirects.
Create redirect plans to preserve the SEO value of old pages on an ongoing basis and for annual model year launches.
Create model descriptions for new model launches.
Monitor crawl errors to identify and report broken links.
Monitor and analyze websites for page speed performance and provide recommendations to make improvements.
Troubleshoot decreases in keyword ranking or organic traffic.
Perform keyword analysis and research using various tools.
Keep updated on SEO strategies and algorithm changes.
Compile and present SEO guidelines and best practices.
