Tell me about your department:

  • The Technology Transformation and Planning team is charged with further defining our technology transformation initiatives and ensuring their effective cross-functional execution for D&T and other technology areas.

Project Description:

  • We are hiring a contract Project Manager who will help us build and manage initiatives that focused on growing and developing the talent on Client technology teams.  
  • You’ll be a key partner to the Talent Program Leads and will enable alignment, collaboration, and measurable improvements to multiple new and existing programs, processes and systems.
  • This is a very detail-oriented job with lots of little parts to juggle.
  • The role needs someone with strong project management, communication, and detail orientation to help us manage new and emerging projects and programs.

Position Overview:

Responsibilities/Deliverables that the resource will be responsible for:

  • Partnering with the Program Leads to set their programs up for success, including tracking against project plans, capturing notes and action items in key meetings, and regularly sending out status reports to relevant stakeholders
  • Collaborating and coordinating across the Tech Transformation team for shared visibility of strategy, timelines, communication, training, and success metrics
  • Creating and managing project plans to ensure outcomes are met, potential roadblocks and risks are anticipated, escalated, and solved for, and quality and alignment across programs are delivered
  • Ensuring the right stakeholders are involved in the right way and at the right times
  • Supporting the Program Leads in creating a two-way communication channel across the enterprise to inform them of program changes, updates, and action items and to gather their input and feedback on if/how the programs are meeting the stated outcomes
  • Assisting the Program Leads and Communications team with change management and communications strategies
  • Conducting post project/program evaluations, including capturing relevant, timely feedback and incorporating successes and areas for improvement into future iterations of the programs
  • Partnering with the Program Leads and to determine success metrics and measure impact of each program over time

What would a normal day for this position look like??

  • Working with Talent Leads for D&T from program inception to sustain for talent programs.

Basic Qualifications 

  • 5+ years strong project or program management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively track cross-functional projects with multiple partners, working effectively with external vendors and partners.
  • Strong facilitation skills virtually and in-person
  • Experience creating initiatives from scratch and tolerant of ambiguity
  • Excellent communication skills; ability to influence and build trusting relationships with all levels of management
  • Strong interpersonal and self-awareness with emphasis on listening, facilitation, and group dynamics
  • 1+ years of experience with people change management

Preferred Qualifications 

  • 3-5+ years of experience in HR, Training or Talent Management
  • Experience preparing and managing project budgets
  • Ability to interpret data and transform those insights into measurable strategies
  • 1+ years working with VP and above leaders

What are the technologies and the depth of the technologies that a candidate must have in order to be successful in this role?

  • Must be efficient with Microsoft Office tools
  • Confluence / JIRA is a plus
  • What are the soft skills that you feel candidates must-have in order to be successful in this role?
  • Ability to adjust communication style to support the team in an effective way
  • Is strong at organizing work and leading project delivery using an Outcome/Product based methodology
  • Can work with both green and seasoned program leads
  • Ability to manage Sr Leaders as stakeholders
  • Be the voice for people change management
