The candidate’s job responsibilities will include but not confined to the following
  • Planning
  • Define Product Roadmap to improve PIM capabilities and efficiencies to meet company's  global needs
  • Experienced in setting, prioritizing, and accepting work generated by cross-functional teams to ensure delivery is focused on stories with maximum value
  • Executing
  •  Coordinate discovery meetings with stakeholders, technical leads, and other product owners to clarify concepts and develop functional requirements
  •  Act as an ambassador for the product internally and externally, and as the primary contact for queries related to the product
  •  Coordinate functional and data dependencies with other platform product owners
  •  Work closely with Enterprise PLM team to manage product in PIM that fits the company portfolio and strategy
  •  Develop scope and define backlog items (epics/features/stories) that will guide the development team
  •  Possess a fundamental understanding of end-to-end Product integration and dependencies
  •  Lead PIM scrum team during planning checkpoints, release planning and readouts
  • Develop and maintain an appropriately prioritized backlog of user stories for implementation
  • Soft Skills
  •  Collaborate with stakeholders and developers during visioning and development of features
  •  Exhibiting flexibility and adaptability to changing and varied work assignments and settings.
  •  Showing discipline in managing multiple responsibilities and adjusting to varied environments.
  • Communicating effectively via multiple channels (verbal, written, etc.) with technical and non-technical staff.

Required Qualifications
  •  5+ years’ experience as product owner guiding teams to build data management systems
  •  4+ years of experience working on data domains such as Customer, Vendor and Product
  •  3+ years of experience with Agile Software Development methodology
  •  Ability to quickly learn company's product and equipment offerings across divisions and regions
  •  Ability to communicate effectively and professionally in writing and verbally
  •  Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Desired Qualifications
  •  Experience with Enterworks PIM system is preferred
  •  Development experience on Azure cloud platform preferred
  •  Experience in Widen Digital Asset Management is preferred
  •  Manufacturing domains experience a big PLUS
  •  Bachelors or Masters Degree or University Degree or equivalent in a related field
