Must Have:
• 5+ years of experience in Data Modeling, Data Visualization, Business Intelligence, or Analytics.
• 3+ years of experience driving Insight into Sales Data, Analytics, Reporting and Presenting
findings to Senior Executives.
• Expertise with Microsoft Excel functions such as Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX and MATCH.
• SQL Proficient, plus experience with Data Visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau or similar)
• Experience with Microsoft NAV and Jet Reports.
• Experience with HubSpot or other similar CRM platforms.
• Experience with wholesale 800 series EDI data preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with others to achieve goals.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Education Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree.

Key Activities and Accountabilities:
• Collaborate closely with the sales & marketing team to establish dashboards and track KPIs to
make data-driven decisions to identify future growth opportunities.
• Work with the executive team to build and produce business dashboards, monitor business
health, investigate unexpected findings, and recommend actions to respond.
• Assist cross functional teams with data requests such as defining custom audiences for
marketing campaigns or running ad hoc report to investigate unusual sales activity.
• Process monthly data sets including EDI 800 series data (867, 844, 852). Analyze data and
develop monthly reporting and insights.
• Partner with Operations and Finance to support existing reporting, develop and implement new
reporting capabilities, conduct ad hoc analysis, and deliver actionable insights.
• Develop and identify opportunities for new types of analysis and collaborating to build the
capabilities to support it.
• Become a super-user of datasets, dashboards, and models to be created and published.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on analytics across several workstreams, providing a
perspective on what data we have, what analytics can tell us about it, and how we can use it to
optimize data driven decisions.
• Understand the why’s behind the data to enable fact-based decision making and have the ability
drive deployment, adoption, and application of analytics.
