Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead a team that manages the email marketing strategy for nurturing prospects through email or other multi-channel experiences
  • Utilize technology and data for segmentation
  • Create the strategic approach and road map for marketing automation capabilities
  • Lead others to manage campaign set up, QA, deployment, tracking, testing and analysis to continually optimize customer nurture programs using marketing automation software, specifically Eloqua
  • Create plan to conduct A/B and multivariate testing of creative, copy and personalization to positively impact ROI
  • Evaluates, leverage existing, and recommend new marketing technologies to improve and optimize marketing performance and end user experience
  • Be the subject matter expert on marketing automation “trim” and capabilities.  Work closely with leadership and key stakeholders to enable new capabilities and push the limits of innovation
  • Continually measure the impact of f tests and campaigns and make recommendations on what to start, stop or continue
  • Work with stakeholders across the organization, sharing up and across between marketing channels, sales and operations to build holistic communication experiences that help the customer overcome obstacles and reduce friction in throughout the enrollment funnel
  • Manage vendor relations, contracts, budgets and forecasts

Job Skills:

  • Strong proficiency with email marketing automation, content, data analytics, and social channels
  • Proven success in implementing A/B and multi-variant testing and driving from strategy to execution
  • Knowledgeable in marketing automation best practices, lead management and performance reporting
  • Ability to prioritize and manage both strategy and execution with high attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Collaborative, decisive, and flexible,
  • Demonstrate intellectual curiosity with approach to problem solving and growth

Education:

  • From an accredited institution, Bachelor’s degree required

Work Experience:

  • 5 years of marketing experience
  • 1-2 years of leading a team
  • 3+ years of marketing automation experience
  • 2+ years direct work experience using Eloqua or an equivalent marketing automation platform (including campaign set-up, segments and integration configuration of advanced automation features)

Certificates, licenses, and registrations:

  • Eloqua Masters, Eloqua Level-1, Oracle Implementation Specialist and/or SmartStart certifications a plus
