We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Brand Experience (BX) marketer to lead high impact work across our Convenience and Food Service (C&F) business over a critical growth period. As a short-term senior leader on the team, you will be responsible for both developing & leading team strategy as well as coaching and developing the team towards success.

The Role:

  • Leader & influencer across C&F Brand Experience and cross-functional teams in the creation & alignment on BX Plans & strategies.
  • Supervision and ownership of the day-to-day BX team operations, ensuring strategic focus & prioritization in partnership with channel teams and partners
  • Champions innovative ideas and customer-centered approaches across channels.
  • Role Model, Coach & Influencer - helping the team understand what good looks like & working with team members and partners to strive towards continuous improvement.
  • Translator of NAR Brand Building Academy best practices & establishes best practices for the C&F BX organization.
  • Owns, in partnership with Manager, ongoing team upskilling & toolset building.
  • Coaches & encourages the team to utilize a Learning mindset.
  • Owns & deliver Omnichannel/cross-team Plans & Campaigns (culinary, social, new product launches, rebate strategic direction, etc.)
