Projects the candidate will be working on:

  • This is a temp-to-perm arrangement. Candidate will be assigned to various projects while on assignment. If successful in the position, the candidate will be hired full time and will be responsible for these software products full time.

Team and Team size:

  • Part of a team.
  • There are 3 people who work for me currently in a similar role. This person will be part of this team.

Top Responsibilities:

  • • Analyze customer contracts for prospective payment software applications to ensure they receive all updates accordingly
  • • Audit and maintain a customer product database with organizations, contracts, users, products and other information surrounding licensed software
  • • Work with software developers to implement changes to the database UI for ease of use and other enhancements
  • • Test developmental software to ensure that specified changes were correctly implemented
  • • Work with a larger software team to coordinate releases on a bi-weekly basis
  • • Troubleshoot and respond to product inquiries from clients and business partners.

Software tools/skills:

  • Must be very proficient with Microsoft Office tools. Familiarity with SQL and Rally are a plus.

Skills/attributes:

  • • Bachelor’s degree
  • • Strong problem solving, organizational and analytical skills
  • • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Nice to have:

  • Experience with the software development lifecycle (SLDC).
