Description:

  • This position is NonExempt.
  • Hours over 40 will be paid at Time and a Half.
  • Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs.
  • Formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies.
  • May require a Bachelor's degree in a related area and 4-6 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
  • Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
  • Relies on instructions and per-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
  • Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment.
The individual will be working in the following activities.
  • Collaborate with team members to collect and analyze data.
  • Data information gathering and project help for the on-going projects.
  • Work with a team of analysts and other associates to process information
  • Data Lifecycle Management Assessments – Drive Business and Technical data gathering and DLM Assessment request submission.
Knowledge Required:
  • 3-4 Yrs experience as Business Analyst or similar role.
  • Must understand data warehouse and analytics.
  • Strong written/verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in high-pressure situations
  • Must understand business functions.
  • Ability to set and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Technical writing skills.
