Position Overview:

  • Responsible for managing complex and high risks projects.
  • Oversees project budgets and schedules.
  • Manage day-to-day aspects of project scope.
  • Minimizes project risk.
  • Creates and manages project work plans and work breakdown structures.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead facilitation of Program Increment Planning Sessions 
  • Lead program level ceremonies such as Scrum of Scrums, Product Owner Sync, ART sync, and Inspect and Adapt sessions 
  • Build JIRA views/boards to assist in tracking work progress, identifying dependencies, and reporting metrics 
  • Assist team in driving to the Program vision
  • Assist teams in creating Program Increment objectives 
  • Facilitate sessions to ensure the Program Roadmap is up to date 
  • Assist team in identifying and managing risks, issues, and dependencies 
  • Assist in tracking the execution of features and capabilities 
  • Work with the product owners to build and refine Feature Backlogs 
  • Coach program on agile practices and mindsets 
  • Lead program level agile training (as needed) Deliverables: 
  • Pre-Program Increment (PI) Planning deployment plan 
  • Program Increment (PI) Planning Session Material
