Main Responsibilities:
 
Training Approach and Plan 
•    Understand and apply the release specific training approach that addresses release scope, timeline, and impacted teams analysis
•    Apply best practice, lessons learned and course curriculums from previous releases as appropriate
•    Establish strong working relationships with technical and business SMEs, conduct information gathering sessions with these stakeholders and collaborate to build, refine and gain approval for new and/or revised training materials for one or more functional area and/or audiences
•    Ensure consistent application of EBS Training tools and methodologies as established by the EBS training team
•    Deliver training materials including but not limited to curriculum, high level design documents (HDDs), concept decks with facilitators’ guides, elearning, job aids, exercise workbooks, digital self-paced training, knowledge checks, practice scenarios and Day in the Life (DITL) assessments

Governance and Quality Assurance
•    Follow established EBS Global Training Development Standards Guide and “General Rules of Composition and Grammar” in creating all training materials, digital and printed
•    Adhere to  branding standards and quality requirements 
•    Provide accurate and timely updates to training development tracking tool and keep Training Lead informed of any issues or risks that could delay on-time delivery or quality of training materials
•    Experience with quality checks, grammar and punctuation proofreading, and strong attention to detail

Cross-Functional Collaboration
•    Collaborate on Change Leadership, Business Readiness and Communications activities for the release as time allows and when it will help advance quality and/or delivery of training materials
•    Support change impact identification and business readiness forums
•    Attend Business Adoption team meetings (cross-release) and release specific team meetings as requested

Basic Qualifications:
•    Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations or business. 
•    5-7 years’ work experience.  Specific experience in Instructional Design, training and/or education is a plus
•    Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to facilitate collaboration
•    Proven experience in delivering high quality work, on time
•    Ability to interpret, develop, and present information to multiple audiences
•    Skilled listener who can gauge reactions and guide conversations to uncover learner needs
•    Proficient with MS Office suite, especially Powerpoint, MS Forms, Microsoft Teams and Excel. 

Preferred Qualifications:
•    Experience with the implementation of training programs to support large complex projects (e.g., ERP Systems, business transformation, business process reengineering, shared services, outsourcing solutions, etc.)
•    Experience working with adult learning principles, methodologies and tools
•    Familiarity with SAP and/or ERP implementation vernacular
•    Experience with Articulate/Rise software for developing training materials
