PURPOSE
The Creative Project Manager, will be responsible for ensuring seamless execution of projects on time and within budget, as well as tracking and reporting on project status. They will manage workflow of creative projects across resources, optimizing resource alignment to meet demand. The Creative Project Manager will contribute to development and continual optimization of process to ensure efficient, high quality execution. They will support high profile initiatives, including our brand roll out, through coordination of key deliverables and progress reports.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Management
Manage workflow and deliverables:
· Daily management of tasks in workflow tool (Robohead)
· Facilitate weekly status meeting and create status report
· Report project status to stakeholder and team. Help eliminate roadblocks and identify solutions for projects off-track.
· Facilitate "forward planning" meetings with business partners to identify upcoming work, prioritize current work, identify bottlenecks
· Coordinate weekly creative reviews and traffic circulation/review process
· Support coordination of assets.
· Coordinate retrospectives.
· Assess current processes and provide recommendations on how to improve.
Workflow management
Manage intake, resource assignments and schedule work reviews
· Review all requests (over 1,200 annually), assigns them to creative resources and ensure all necessary information is complete
· Coordinate and assign work to the designer and writer.
· Schedule necessary meetings and reviews.
· Review level of work necessary for projects (tier projects)
· Provide reporting on team capacity, efficiency and success meeting deadlines
· ?Manages assets, information and meetings required for creative team to execute effectively
· Improves efficiency and quality through adoption and optimization of project workflow tools
Key initiatives support
Partner with brand Program Manager on execution and reporting for key creative deliverables
· Coordinate and manage creative deliverables for key brand touchpoints such as the Company Magazine and Annual Report
· Provide summary of accomplishments, risks, and progress for creative deliverables included in the brand roll out
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
· 5-7 years project management or related experience
· ?Demonstrated success driving execution and managing complex efforts to time and budget targets
· Experience driving deliverables across all media types, including print, video, digital, OOH etc.
· Experience managing projects using workflow software (Robohead, Workfront)
· Expert communicator, capable and confident working with all levels of stakeholders
· Detail oriented, and able to quickly pivot to address changing timelines or requirements
· Comfortable with ambiguity
