- Lead a diverse array of projects from simple to highly complex global packaging artwork, through creative / design, adaptation, production art to print.
- Drive global artwork consistency and design content accuracy within brand guidelines, while effectively managing details and proofing artwork.
- Collaborate across many functions/disciplines within client (marketing, manufacturing, packaging engineering, regulatory, etc.) and with external agencies and printing companies.
- Manage project estimates, budget and timelines with internal external partners.
- Adapt and work well with defined approaches, systems and processes.
- Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external agency partners.
- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university.
- A minimum of 10 combined years of working experience in project management and/or production art management within corporate, creative, agency and/or printing industry.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in design, art production or graphic arts field.
- In-depth packaging design knowledge and experience with print production.
- Knowledge of packaging regulation and uniform packaging laws is important.
- Knowledge of consumer goods packaging industry.
- General understanding of current print processes (offset, flexo, digital, gravure, etc.).
- Ability to manage high volumes, shifting priorities, and tight timelines.
- Strong skills in communication, collaboration, time management and attention to detail, combined with a strategic approach
- Minimal work direction needed, highly skilled and knowledgeable to the position and provides best practice sharing within work group.
- Worker may develop, create and execute concepts and design ideas for products, graphics, interactive experiences, packaging and/or various communication avenues.
- They will perform design duties requiring planning, scheduling and implementation and along with the creation of presentations, brainstorming overall design concepts and interfacing with other divisions.
