Projects the candidate will be working on:

  • Support for WellMed Medical management as a first line to security and access to applications, shares, secure objects. Terms, new hires, adds, changes

Ideal Background:

  • Healthcare is always a benefit, but most important for this role is someone who has worked with terminations, new hires, access restrictions, creating/deleting accounts, and 1-2 years of experience with ServiceNow

Team and Team size:

  • (Access Management Team, 4 team members)

Top Responsibilities:

  • Active Directory knowledgeable Security group Knowledge Distribution groups knowledge Service Now knowledge Power shell scripting

Software tools/skills:

  • Knowledge of Active Directory, Security Groups.

Skills/attributes:

  • Active Directory - knowledgeable about what it is and not necessarily all the aspects like an engineer but be able to know security groups, distribution groups and the differences. Know how to search and navigate in the tool.
  • Service Now - experience with the tool is good but just know what it is and what it is used for is a plus. Power shell scripting is a plus, at minimum be able to run a script that someone else wrote.

Nice to have:

  • Help Desk experience and better, security provisioning experience. Experience with new hires, terminations, and transfers

Interview Process:

  • An initial round with the Access Management Team followed by a one on one with (the Director).
  • a. How many rounds? 2-3 rounds
  • b. Video vs. phone? No face to face. Skype/phone will be the preferred methods.
