Our client is looking for a CRM Strategist to join its team in a client facing SME role. This role is responsible for helping drive the strategic direction and growth of our clients' overall CRM program. This role will require a solid digital marketing background with a focus on email marketing, marketing automation, and CRM.
Write up:
- 5+ years experience running enterprise email marketing programs in agency setting for external clients--B2C and B2B
- Experience with cross channel CRM strategies across multiple communication touchpoints
- Email marketing experience with one or multiple automation platforms (Salesforce, Eloqua, Klaviyo, etc...)
- Demonstrated experience with email best practices, CAN SPAM Laws, data privacy such as GDPR and the CSPA, and email accessibility
- Experience in data driven analytical environments as well as owning KPIs and metrics
