Job Description:

You will design the structure of our Marketing Tech systems and oversee programs to ensure the proper architecture is implemented. You will lead the strategic direction and development of  marketing technology relating to both consumer and trade (B2B and B2C). You will translate complex requirements into functional architecture and be able to manage complex programs.

The core functions of this role include mentoring/managing team members in development, program management and content; tracking and seeking advancement in technology stack; and overseeing technical infrastructure and processes that ensure our internal marketing technology framework operates properly.

You will:

  • Drive organizational change through marketing technology and technical operations
  • Translate business and marketing strategies into online deliverables
  • Ensure marketing technology and tools deliver content and quality via the Content Management System (Sitecore), Product Information Management (PIM/Enterworks) system, and Search & Maps (Google)
  • Lead key online projects including large-scale, enterprise web initiatives from concept through launch; ensure exceptional communication throughout the process on budgets, prioritization and timelines
  • Align with enterprise interactive standards and brand standards
  • Develop relationships to ensure alignment across businesses and teams; provide insights to keep organization a leader in its market
  • Partner with UI/UX designer on user experience and drive/own QA and testing process of B2B and B2C tools
  • Lead and manage a team of developers, program managers, and content managers as well as cross-functional internal teams and agencies to accomplish business objectives
  • Manage and set priorities for the design, maintenance, development and evaluation of all technology infrastructure systems; manage and ensure the effectiveness of security solutions, including firewalls, anti-virus solutions, email gateways and intrusion detection systems
  • Manage operational costs and develop near- and long-term financial forecasts for expanded functionality/user base

This requires:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer systems design, computer science, information technology or related fields or equivalent education and experience; Master's Degree preferred
  • At least 10 years of experience delivering and supporting network and technology infrastructure design and operational excellence
  • Proven history of successfully leading and managing a team; leadership of a technology team preferred
  • Exceptional knowledge of service and application delivery as well as successful service-level agreement accomplishments
  • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment and make sound decisions in fast paced situations
  • High comfort level working across multiple business units, stakeholders and senior leadership
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills combined with strategic vision; ability to manage and drive multiple projects concurrently
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical details and considerations to business members
  • Experience in Sitecore (CMS), Salesforce.com (CRM), Enterworks (PIM), Adobe (AEM), App development and Internet of Things, eCommerce (B2B/B2C) desired
