Projects the candidate will be working on:

  • This position will support the day-to-day operations of the WellMed IT Help Desk.


  • Someone with previous help desk experience.

Top Requirements:

  • Active directory, outlook support and call center support

Team and Team size:

  • WellMed Service Desk, 10 analysts.

Top Responsibilities:

  • Answer calls
  • Log Tickets in our ticketing system
  • Password Resets
  • Remote Desktop Support
  • VPN Support
  • MS Outlook support.

Software tools/skills:

  • eClinical Works
  • eProvider Resource Gateway (EPRG).
  • Active Directory
  • Cisco AnyConnect
  • Good Mobile
  • RSA Console


  • 2yrs experience
  • Telephony Support Experience is a plus.

Nice to have:

  • Cisco experience.


  • How many rounds? 1 round
  • b. Video vs. phone? Video preferred
  • c. How technical will the interviews be? Will have a couple of technical questions
