Position Summary:
  • Asset Management Technology is looking to hire a Marketing Tech Developer who will be part of a newly formed cross-functional agile team tasked to deliver digital customer experience capabilities for our Intermediary and Institutional clients.
  • This is a contract-to-hire role and requires a solutions architect mindset who collaborates with various business partners through the creative ideation process and suggests innovative solutions by thinking outside the box and keeps up with industry trends in the evolving marketing tech and cloud space.
  • The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge and experience as a sr. developer designing advanced digital journeys on marketing platforms.
  • The candidate would have acquired advanced knowledge and skills over their career to be an expert in designing and implementing digital journeys across various channels by deploying solutions such as Salesforce Marketing cloud, Salesforce CRM, Integrations with Websites/tracking data, Experience management tools, Webinar, event management tools, CDP and so on. They should have heavy focus on data analysis, writing complex database queries, create segments, personas as well as advanced understanding of objects & API's in Salesforce CRM.
  • Experience on AWS cloud is a huge plus.

Responsibilities
  • Sr. Technology developer part of the cross-functional agile team responsible for managing the delivery of multi-channel customer journey experiences such as email, social, web etc.
  • Represent Technology team in ideation, storyboarding and drive discussions on high level solutions and details design of customer journeys
  • Design, develop, test, implement capabilities on Marketing cloud and related ecosystem
  • Partner with Salesforce CRM developers on the broader team for related integrations
  • Implement data integrations/ data stitching for integrated experiences across channels
  • Design/build reusable components, automate processes and implement instrumentation, alerting and logging
  • Provide guidance on industry trends within MarTech space, evaluate vendor products and provide recommendations
  • Implement other marketing technologies as required to meet the firms' strategic goals
  • Gather/analyze tracking data and make it available for reporting and advanced analytics
  • Comply with the organization's architectural and coding standards
  • Ensure compliance with company's  information Security standards, Data privacy and Record retention guidelines
  • Maintain design and other artifacts as per our standards/processes

Required Qualifications *
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent work experience. *
  • 7+ years' experience in Marketing Technologies *
  • A min of 5-7 years of relevant work experience as a hands-on Marketing Cloud developer on Salesforce platform (Exact Target) *
  • 5+ years of AMP script, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Content Builder, Audience Builder and other modules in Marketing Cloud *
  • 5+ years of Salesforce CRM developer experience *
  • 2+ year of developer experience on Evergage, thunderhead platforms (now acquired by Salesforce) is a plus *
  • 5+ years of HTML, CSS, Javascript, XML, JSON, REST/SOAP API * Proven ability to successfully translate client/business needs into software designs *
  • Proven analytical and business skills to reconcile conflicting objectives and find/design acceptable compromises within existing limitations *
  • Solid experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (business - sales, marketing and technology cross commits) *
  • Excellent communication skills *
  • Salesforce & Marketing Cloud Developer Certification (plus) - AWS Certification (plus)
