- Window Server 2008 Upgrade, Security related projects, RDC operational activities. Projects and Operational Duties in:
- 1. Server 2008 Upgrade – Upgrade 1K + plus servers to Server 2016
- a. Requirement gathering
- b. Facilitation
- c. Application upgrades where applicable
- 2. Information Security Initiatives
- a. Several projects to address vulnerabilities within the environment
- b. Requirements
- c. Facilitation
- 3. Operational Duties (All regions mentioned above – clinics and business offices ~15K users)
- a. Daily operations and business escalations
- b. Regional Data Center operations support
- i. Onboarding and supporting new clients
Experience:
- Proven task and results driven individual, presence and communication/presentation skills.

- 2. Liase between IT, Business and PMO for all required duties.
- 3. Anticipate and aggressively remove obstacles that slow down a project.

- Team of 5 full time service delivery managers.
Top Responsibilities:
- 1. Work alongisde PMO, business and IT Stakeholders to translate use cases and problems into IT recommendations and requirements
- 2. Develop and foster relationships with IT and business partners
- 3. Liase between IT SME, business and PMO to ensure consistent communication and quality of service
- 4. Work closely with PMO and service delivery managers on all assigned projects
- 5. Facilitate and support meetings as needed by the project
- 6. Anticipate and aggressively remove obstacles that slow down the delivery of the project
- 7. Take independent action by actively seeking information to understand project deliverables, roadblocks, problems, expectations and needs
- 8. Be task and results oriented
Software tools/skills:
- Microsoft O365, Presentation and Collaboration, Business and Technical Analytical skills.
Skills/attributes:
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Nice to have:
- Expert understanding of servers and network.
