Position Responsibilities

  • Work with the brand managers, creative and digital teams to update content on websites
  • Assist with digital campaigns including website set up and user acceptance testing
  • Manage location data within local listing platforms
  • Keyword research and analysis to better optimize website and local listing performance
  • Setup and monitor A/B testing
  • Generate digital performance reporting
  • Execute digital projects as assigned
  • Support franchisees with website and local listing content updates
  • Set up and issue resolution with franchisees on owned properties

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications or similar
  • 2-5 years in digital or digital marketing experience
  • Exposure to a website CMS tools like WordPress
  • Experience with GoogleAnalytics and Google Optimize
  • Understanding of SEO and SEM strategy
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and complex deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working effectively in teams and collaborating with others

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with CRM and Marketing Automation tools such as HubSpot
  • Technical aptitude with ability to learn new tools quickly
  • Flexible and adaptable, comfortable with ambiguity and change
  • Knowledgable with HTML/CSS

Day to Day:
  • Zoom calls with team members
  • Franchise support through a digital ticketing system
  • Working with small team to make sure tasks are being completed and executed properly.
