Experience:

- We really want individuals who have worked heavily with CICD, Automation, and other DevOps related skills..
Top Requirements:
- 1+ Year of Distributed Tracing
- 3+ Years of Public Cloud Experience
- 3+ Years of CICD.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and continuously improve software
- Translate product concepts into project commitments that deliver incremental value to our customers frequently and with high quality
- Design and develop reusable CICD componentry and processes
- Solve common business problems through code and automation
- Minimizing human touchpoints in complex flows and processes
Required Qualifications:
- Experience working on an infrastructure/platform team
- Experience working with at least one of the following: continuous integration / continuous delivery tools, containerization, IaC, public / private cloud, and/or messaging / stream architecture
- Experience with technologies such as Kubernetes, distributed tracing (such as Jaeger, Zipkin, Open Telemetry), key-value stores (such as Cassandra), Elasticsearch
- Willingness to work an on-call rotation
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience working with Kafka
- Solid understanding of engineering fundamentals: unit testing, code reviews, telemetry, agile and DevOps
- Experience with Cloud technologies
- Health care industry experience
- Ability to work in a fast paced, fluid environment while maintaining adherence to standards and best practices
Interview Process:
- The interview will be 2-3 rounds.
- First will be behavioral, second will be technical, and a third technical interview will be used if we so choose.
- The interview will be conducted over a video conferencing app, most likely Microsoft Teams.
- The technical aspect of our interview may delve into target questions for the individual’s skill set and scenarios.
