JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for a developer that will write efficient code, understand the bigger picture architecturally, and help to craft an amazing user experience overall. They will bring new development perspectives and will have an important say in how we design and build of all of our client experiences. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual with strong technical skills and great interpersonal skills. Prior experience and education as listed below are ideal – but attitude, enthusiasm, and energy are of utmost importance. The candidate will work closely within a Scrum team and is expected to develop and help to coordinate technical aspects of strategy in addition to handling day-to-day programming and development tasks.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Proven ability to work in a team environment
High-level of proficiency in Front End development with Angular and Javascript
A good ideology for managing maintainable, scalable and cross-browser code across large sites
Familiar with source control principles, preferably experience with BitBucket or GIT
Familiarity with current trends in social media and contemporary web concepts
Knowledge of and experience in Amazon Web Services and continuous integration process
Experience in Agile based projects
Responsible to collaborate with the ScrumMaster and Product Owner to accomplish items within Sprint
Extensive knowledge of Object Oriented programing best practices
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
Required
B.A. or B.S. in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
