Projects the candidate will be working on:

  • Workforce Management

Team and Team size:

  • Team of 6.

Top Responsibilities:

  • Be an execution lead by collaborating with Product Manager / Owner, Architects, Engineering, User Experience, etc.
  • Establish product level cadence and drive relevant ceremonies (e.g. PI/Sprint Planning, Product Management Council, Scrum of Scrums, Retrospectives, Demos etc.)
  • Establish and communicate Program Increment (PI) and/or Sprint dates.
  • Use CA Agile (Rally) as Agile tool to establish Project workspace for the program and collaborate with business on roadmap and strategy in AHA.
  • Assist with execution and progress tracking using the relevant agile metrics.
  • Help track and manage risks and dependencies.
  • Accountable for managing time allocation and tracking tool as relevant.
  • Report product health to Leadership/Stakeholders.
  • Understand and operate within Budget.
  • Drive continuous improvement via Inspect and Adapt workshops.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and support needed by the teams to be self-organizing and self-managing.
  • Experience with financial processes/tools to support IT plans and execution (e.g., capital project funding, cost/benefit analysis, Internal Operating Income [IOI], other financial metrics).
  • Actively contribute to the company’s Agile and Lean Community through participation in the internal Agile Community of Practice and Scrum Master Forums
  • Assist with overall product delivery maturity by driving improvements across people, process and technology related items for the product.

Software tools/skills:

  • AHA, Rally, PPMO, Office.

Skills/attributes:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years’ experience as an agile practitioner
  • Experience with agile framework(s)
  • 5+ years call center / service experience

Nice to have:

  • Advanced working knowledge of AHA and CA Agile (Rally)
  • Agile certification(s)
  • Experience in Product Management
  • Healthcare Experience
  •  Experience with technologies like Genesys, Salesforce, and Pega.

Interview Process:

  • How many rounds? 4 / 5 rounds total
  • Video vs. phone?[would like video
  • How technical will the interviews be? not very technical – but would wanna deep dive into the candidates specific call center experience (both back end tech, front end tech and overall call center processes / business experience)
