Role Summary:

This position exists to provide administration services to the enterprise for customer relationship management (CRM) and related applications.  Key business customers include Distribution Marketing, Internal & External Sales, Sales Development and Strategic Accounts.  The main functions include CRM Administration & User Management, Data Management, and Campaign Management. 

Essential Job Functions:

  • Campaign Management-- Supports marketing campaigns through campaign setup, list and follow up creation and reporting in Salesforce.com (20%)
  • CRM Administration & Data Management; executes on database management requests such as removing data redundancies from FMO and B/D files, CRM data cleanup and researching FMO and Agent issues. Works with CRM and IT staff on system enhancements, bugs and production support. (20%)
  • Project participation, works on projects under Principal or management supervision. Performs role of business expert, application expert, user acceptance tester and assists in change management, able to execute pre-written test plans on CRM.  Implements business process improvement via configuration in Salesforce.com system. (30%)
  • CRM ecosystem application administration-- Supporting end users' needs in applications integrated to Salesforce.com, including Seismic, Geopointe, TimeTrade and others.  (30%)

Experience, Education, Certifications, Licensing:

  • 4-5 years of experience required.  Experience with Salesforce.com reporting, database focus, Financial Services industry, understanding of Marketing & Sales business & needs.
  • Salesforce Admin Certification preferred.
